Job Description: Extension to St James’ NS Galway.
This Project comprised the removal of part of the existing single storey roof, installing hollowcore and building first floor classrooms over the existing ground floor structure. It also included the construction of new lift shaft & stairwell to the front of the School. The build included block cavity walls, timber roof , aluminium double glazed windows and external doors, solid core select hardwood veneered internal doors, marmoleum floor sheeting, plastered & painted internal walls, MF & Suspended Ceiling System, integrated services and associated site works.
