Carey Developments Ltd., has developed a Business Management System to help our Company operate with increased effectiveness, consistency and customer satisfaction in the area of Quality Control and Health & Safety.
We utilise the principles contained in the standards ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 and Safe T Cert to ensure that we provide the highest standards of quality and health and safety in all our Projects. As a result we have been successful in securing accreditation until 2014.
We continuously work towards improving and setting new standards in Quality. Through regular communication and transparency with the Design Team, Client and Subcontractors we are able to assess and monitor quality control on each Project. The Project Management Team ensures that a systematic approach is taken and that all criteria is adhered to. This system is reviewed regularly in order to ensure continued effectiveness.
