General Rules

A construction site has many hazards, and staff and visitors should follow all the rules at all times in order to ensure everyone’s safety:

All visitors must adhere to instructions from their guides on-site and Carey’s authorised personnel. Failure to do so will result in removal from the site.
All safety instructions must be strictly followed.
Do not approach any machinery, even if it is stationary.
Follow the designated walkways around the site.
Any materials or tools handled or passed around MUST be returned, with NO exceptions.
PPE will be issued to you for the duration of your visit.

Our sites are No-phone Zones!

For safety and confidentiality reasons, with the exception of authorised personnel, the use of mobile phones is not permitted on active construction sites.

Construction sites are high-risk environments where full attention is essential. Also, many of our sites involve private clients, healthcare facilities, or high-profile developments. Photography, video, or sharing content — even unintentionally — may breach client confidentiality, reveal sensitive project information, or violate non-disclosure agreements.

All visitors must leave their phones on the bus/in their vehicles with the rest of their belongings. Anyone caught taking images or video without permission will be removed from the site.
